Submitting print reports

If a final report is only available in printed form, two copies of the full report should be sent to Library and Archives Canada, Library of Parliament, and Public Works and Government Services Canada at the following addresses.

Please note that printed copies are not required if the report is also available in electronic form. Executive summaries must be submitted in electronic form using the online form.
